So this weekend I will be traveling to Topock. Sooo not excited. The current weather report says it will be 102 degrees which is better than what it said yesterday (108 with severe thunderstorms).
I plan to make it productive by dropping off some more "dress up" clothes I have (you can never have enough) and to bring back our blow up boat and some other miscellaneous items. Kind of nice to be able to be a hoarder with a trailer and a river house. If anything ever happened to me people would be overwhelmed with all of the great junk I have.
Since I am back to my blog ...really trying this time ...I will take some pictures. Hopefully of something new good and exciting and NOT the hood of my truck.
Hope everyone else has a fun weekend !!

Ha ha or so it will seem with my next 5 or so posts. I had a bunch of videos that I couldnt resist sharing of the chickens.
Meep Meep is my baby and Henrietta is the egg layer ....
Actually I love them both just the same but if I HAD TO pick which one to be carried away by a hawk ...well naturally I think the hawk would pick the bright white one ?? So i wash Henrietta and Molly with my silver shampoo once a week to make sure they are sparkling clean. I sometimes wash Molly 2 or 3 times a week. Right now Molly even has a red mohawk so she resembles a chicken even more than usual.
First video finding out my baby Meep Meep will not lay eggs

Henrietta checking out the 2nd floor of her new house.
Not too exciting ...
Wonderful video of Henrietta after she was attacked by the ferocious Molly.

We just came back from spending a little over a week traveling to St. Anthony's Idaho to camp at Idaho Dunes RV. We were an hour away from Yellowstone so spent one of our days hanging out there with our friends Beth & Craig -- their two daughters Emily & Erica and niece Taylor.
Next year if we are able to make the trip again I hope to stay a night or two in Yellowstone. It was so pretty and there is so much more to see.
We took Joey and Nathan to Topock for the weekend. The weatehr was perfect for face & rock painting along with some swimming.
We had my niece Ashley and nephew Nathan spend the night. Lots if sugar involved.
I took Nathan to visit my friends farm "The Struikman's". It was alot of fun. I almost missed out on the hay ride watching the turkey.
